1. How to place an order?

Simply select your style on the product page, click the “Add to Cart” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order.

We will prepare your order and let you know when it’s ready to ship!

2. How long does it take to ship?

Orders are typically shipped within 5 to 10 business days. International orders will take an additional 1 to 2 weeks to ship.

3. My tracking number doesn’t work

It may take 1-2 days for the tracking number to appear in the carrier’s system. Occasionally, carriers may lose orders. If the tracking number still doesn’t work after a few days, contact the carrier.

4. I need help with overdue orders

Orders are typically shipped within 5 to 10 business days. International orders will take an additional 1 to 2 weeks to ship.

If your order has not been delivered after 10 business days (domestic) and 20 business days (international), please contact our team and we will be happy to help you.
