Return within 30 days
– You must return your product within 30 days of purchasing it:
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since the date of purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Several items cannot be returned. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept personal or hygiene items, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Refunds are only available on regular-priced items; sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, we will mail the gift certificate to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver sent the order to themselves to give to you later, we will refund the gift giver and he will be aware of your return.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
